All of our lessons are delivered online. This allows us to work with families across the UK while providing the same high-quality, one-to-one support. Our tutors use Zoom and a virtual whiteboard to create interactive and engaging sessions from the comfort of your home.

We understand that things come up. If you let us know more than 48 hours in advance, we’ll reschedule the session for another day. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the session will still be charged, but we offer a makeup credit system, allowing your child to receive the session at a later date.

Lessons last 45 minutes and are delivered via Zoom. Students join using their TutorBird account, where they can also view lesson notes, homework, and track their progress. We make sessions interactive and engaging, using quizzes, discussions, screen-sharing, and tailored resources to keep students focused and motivated.

Yes. Many families choose to continue during holidays to maintain momentum, prepare for exams, or catch up on missed learning. We’re flexible and can adapt schedules to suit your availability.

Booking an initial assessment is simple. Just give us a call, send us an email, or fill out the contact form on our website. We’ll get back to you to learn more about your child’s needs and arrange a convenient time for the assessment.

The assessment is held online and gives us a chance to understand your child’s current level, learning style, and any areas they’re struggling with. It also gives you a chance to see how our sessions work and ask any questions before getting started.

Yes, absolutely. At Ace Tutoring Hub, we believe every student deserves to learn in a way that works for them. Many of our students have additional learning needs including ADHD, dyslexia, autism, and anxiety. Our tutors are patient, flexible, and experienced in adapting lessons to suit different learning styles.

We personalise each session to match your child’s pace, strengths, and areas of difficulty. This might include using shorter tasks, visual aids, more discussion-based learning, or built-in breaks for students who benefit from a different approach.

Yes. We believe consistency is key. Your child will be matched with the same tutor each week, helping to build a positive learning relationship and ensure steady progress.

You can access your lessons and learning materials from any device that has an internet connection, including computers, tablets, and smartphones. This flexibility allows you to study wherever and whenever is most convenient for you. You will have the opportunity to resit your GCSE exams in 2025. According to the Department for Education, if you are not satisfied with your results, you can enter for all GCSE subjects in the summer of 2025. Additionally, you can take autumn exams in GCSE English Language and Maths. It's a good idea to speak with your sixth form or college to determine the best time for you to resit an exam.

Payments can be conveniently made using the payment link at the bottom of your invoice, and can be scheduled for a regular date that suits you. 

Please ensure that payments are received in advance of the lesson.
